Our mission is to raise the awareness about the risks of radon in Iowa and reduce the number of unnecessary radon-induced lung cancer deaths through education and testing.

Roy Wier

Owner, Adios Radon

Roy is a certified professional home inspector and owner of Vigilant Home Inspections and its sister company, Adios Radon. Prior to founding Vigilant and Adios Radon, Roy was responsible for hundreds of residential renovation/ remodel projects w/ a cumulative market value well in excess of $10M.

Roy is passionate about sharing the knowledge he has gained as a tradesman, contractor, and construction manager to protect the eastern Iowa community from unplanned/ unexpected repair expenses when they purchase a home. Roy lives in Tiffin with his wife, Melanie, and two kids.
